"Stay With Us" Terms and Conditions
The setup and design costs, registration of your domain name and the annual hosting charge are included in the one off charge for the package.
On receipt of cleared payment for the work produced, ownership of the text, graphics and source code of the web pages is transferred to you.
The domain name which you choose must be a UK domain which is available for registration by Nominet, the internet registry for .uk names..
The domain name will be registered to you and will belong to you for a period of two years. That is the minimum time allowed on initial registration. At the end of that time you will be able to renew for a year or longer as required.
Your website will be managed by us for one year. At the end of that time you may take over control of the site yourself or we can continue to manage the site at a reduced cost.
To benefit from this special price the website can contain no more than five pages and the design must be loosely based on one of the five examples shown.
We will make minor alterations to the text and/or images displayed on your site free of charge during the year, providing they do not exceed one per month. Alterations to the design are not included in this service.
Also included in the package is the setting up and hosting of one email account (e.g.yourname@yourwebsite.co.uk)
We will not be held responsible in any way for the nature of the content of customer's websites or customer's emails.
The website will contain a small text link at the bottom of the first page connecting to www.logike.co.uk and stating that the page has been designed by us.
